Description

Acetyl L Carnitine is an amino acid that is used to help the body utilise fat stores as an energy source. Acetyl L-Carnitine or 'alcar" as its known is also used to help the body produce energy, important with muscle function, heart function and cognitive function.

Directions

Mix 1 scoop (2g) in 200ml of water and consume immediately. BEST taken 30 minutes before exercise or workout and you can stack it with your Kamikaze Pre-workout or Aminos EAA. Only consume 1 scoop daily. 

STORAGE:  Replace lid immediately after use.  Store in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight.
